I am a passionate sports scientist dedicated to empowering individuals to reach their goals and optimize their performance. With a solid academic foundation that includes a Bachelor of Science degree, two Master’s degrees, and currently pursuing a PhD, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my work. My journey in the field of sports science has been fueled by a desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others, helping them unlock their potential and achieve their dreams.


High-Performance Sports

With over 13 years of experience in high-performance sports, I have had the privilege of working with professional athletes across various disciplines, including basketball, football/soccer, tennis, volleyball, and handball, in both male and female teams. My work in this arena has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of elite athletes’ unique challenges and demands. I aim to help these individuals live pain-free lives while returning to their sport stronger and better.

I believe that every athlete possesses the potential to excel, and I am committed to providing personalized guidance and support tailored to each athlete’s unique needs. I empower athletes to enhance their skills, build resilience, and overcome obstacles by employing evidence-based strategies, cutting-edge training techniques, and innovative performance optimization methods. My goal is to create an environment where athletes can thrive, pushing their limits and achieving greatness both on and off the field.


Sedentary Populations

In addition to my work with elite athletes, I have collaborated extensively with sedentary individuals who are facing health challenges such as diabetes, hypertension, fibromyalgia, and other chronic conditions. My approach focuses on understanding the individual’s unique circumstances and crafting personalized programs that promote overall wellness and a healthier lifestyle.

I am particularly passionate about helping those who are looking to improve their health and well-being, guiding them toward effective strategies that foster sustainable lifestyle changes. I also specialize in supporting women in understanding their physiology and preparing for menopause. I aim to empower individuals to take charge of their health, instilling the knowledge and confidence needed to make lasting changes.
